SLED currently uses a paper process for an eligible administrative removal request. The package goes to SLED SOR Unit, P.O. Box 21398, Columbia, SC 29221. It includes the completed application, two recent FD-258 fingerprint sets, a $250 nonrefundable money order or cashier's check, sentencing and disposition papers, and proof that required treatment was completed.
